「Clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for a couple nights while visiting the Bryson City/Cherokee area. Basic breakfast. I did not find it walkable into town given the hot weather in August though.」

「Awesome secluded place to stay. Very cozy and clean. I am very glad we brought our “camping bin” however that has a lot of supplies, like utensils, paper plates, pan, spatula etc. We cooked all our meals on the grill. The kitchenette is nice but very small. The only sink is in the bathroom. Great access to the Tail of the Dragon (25 min drive) which was the reason for our trip. If you bring a trailer DO NOT try and take it to your cabin. Park outside the gate」

「We had an awesome stay at this quaint little motel that sends you back in time. The bed slept great and the room was clean. We had a huge window that looked out over the river. There is a nice covered pavilion with gliders and picnic tables, fire ring and grills right by the river for your enjoyment. Our last night there we were in the pavilion enjoying the weather and the nature sounds, when an elk walked out of the river and right past us. It was awesome. Would highly recommend. Staff is...

「Great little old school motel that has been well-kept. Room was super clean, owner is very kind and helpful, check-in was easy, and coffee was available in the lobby at 7am. We especially enjoyed the pool after a long day of travel. Great value, would definitely stay here again.」
