「I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. 「The location was great for downtown walkability. It’s also close to the entrance of the park. The price was reasonable for what you get. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They advertised elevators, but neither of them worked. The bathroom faucet dripped all night and the TV didn’t work. I requested service twice, but no one ever came. 「We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. 「Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.」
