「I would have rated the staff a 5 for several emplyees and a 2 for others.」

「All good」

「Very clean and cozy」

「Room was clean and very comfortable, the Staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast was okay.」

「Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.」
