"I can not say enough great things about this hotel. I had to find a place to stay overnight with my family and my dog very unexpectedly. The staff was warm, welcoming, and immediately made me and my family (including my dog) feel safe. The person on duty, Ben, made sure our needs were met and that we understood the property amenities. My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and the location is fantastic - in easy walking distance to the beach and some great local restaurants."

"The hotel was very well maintained and a great bargain in Santa Barbara. The room was extremely clean and large. The bathroom was very nicely laid out. Breakfast was very convenient and the property was in a great location in town. The property is older but that didn’t detract from anything during our stay."

"The hotel was very nice very clean. The staff was wonderful. It’s just that $30 a day parking but I know that’s what they’re charging nowadays. The only thing is we expected breakfast because they said they had breakfast. I thought may be a Continental breakfast , but there was none of that, There is a little bar there to order snacks and drinks. The other thing is that the parking is very hidden. You can miss it. We went around several times before we we saw it."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We didn't pay for an ocean view, but still received a wonderful view of the mountains and Santa Barbara neighborhood. Room was clean, decorated well and we appreciated the complimentary waters after a long drive. We did not use the valet parking, and we were able to find street parking behind the hotel each day. We liked the location of the hotel, right on the beach and not too far from downtown."
