Great hotel! It’s close to many dining options, many within walking distance. Not too from downtown Santa Barbara. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet, not too much traffic, less than 5 mins from the freeway.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is definitely when we will come back to. Nothing fancy, but very clean, comfortable and professional staff. My only request would be a coffee maker in the room.

The room was clean actually ,after reading all the bad reviews I was expecting it to be super bad. Don't get me wrong it's not perfect ,but its not bad for the price. The only problem there was pretty much just the shampoo and conditioner and body wash situation they gave us like two little ketchup packet sized packets of shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap. It was nice the heater worked well ,the area is pretty quiet too. The TV had a good tv guide and a lot of premium channels.

I didnt know there was low end in SB but i found it. My room was rank. Definitely sprayed my bed bug spray as soon as i arrived. The towels were hella old and thin. I would have rather spent a lil more to had stayed somewhere else. Nice lil doughnut shop next door and 7-11 was just up the block. The staff was really cool. I'd just it a 50/50.

The biggest stand out is the LOCATION! Very walkable with many options for food. The beds were clean and we slept well, but the inn itself is very old. The showers are very LOUD if you can believe it and the bathrooms are begging for an upgrade. The stairs, trash/stench & puddles need a good cleaning. With that being said, it wasn't a terrible stay. It must be hard to have that much to upgrade. I do feel the rates should fairly reflect the state it's in though.

Convenient and Cozy

Very convenient location to shopping , banks and places to eat. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

For over $200/night, I was very disappointed. The guy at the front desk was great, helpful, friendly, but that was the high point of my stay. I couldn’t get out of there soon enough. I found myself looking longingly at the Motel 6 down the street.

Not bad for an economy room.clean and updated. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was very convenient for shopping and places to eat out. The beds were comfortable and nicely made. I wish that it wouldn't have rained the whole time I was there though.

You get what you paid. One of the lowest rate in town. 2nd floor is better, some 1st floor room had no window. Rooms are clean, but TV is not functional. If only stay for a night of rest and shower is okay place.
