「Only stayed one night but The room was great!」

「The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast 」

「Breakfast and staff were great. We had hair that was not ours in the bathroom and only one washcloth for 2 of us. When I spoke with the front desk they were very accomdating and refunded us some of our cost. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in this hotel. 」

「Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel with gorgeous decor and welcoming unique lobby. We enjoyed the sauna and first floor restaurant. We were disappointed that the rooftop restaurant was unexpectedly closed for a private party the one night we stayed but we still had an amazing time with the bathrobes, sauna and beautiful room. Also a great location for walking downtown! 」

「No good qualities」

「We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.」

「The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
