"somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling. The tube connecting to the casino also connects to the casino parking garage, which was nice as well. This hotels self parking is accross an (often) busy street so I would recommend using the casino parking garage if you plan to gamble. This facility also has an excellent pool which is open late, 3.5ft and full of kids, though thats to be expected given it was march break. Hotel staff were friendly, and checked us in at 1PM without charging for early check in which was appreciated."

"Yes, the pool was great.... arcade staff weren't the best, and didnt clarify you needed a card for tickets, different from tokens... one staff just sat there and didnt make any effort to help. House keeping on our floor was amazing, she was so lovely, kind and cheerful. Egg's at breakfast we flavourless and an odd texture, all other food was great. Check in was great. "

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "

"This hotel is renovating right now! Be ready for long line up in the elevators, Waking up with drilling above or next to your room. Website dont tell you that they are doing big renovations, Just a heads up, other than that room bed was comfortable and the view from our room was marvelous. 🤗🤗"

"Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more."
