「Olde Angel Inn is in a terrific location in the walkable part of Niagara on the Lake. The problem is that the rooms are over the bar and on Fridays and Saturday nights there is live music downstairs from 9:30 pm until 12:30 am complete with loud percussion and persistent bass. We reserved on Expedia and we're not told about this for-us defect. If you reserve directly at the site they supposedly tell you about this. We lucked out and the band did not show up on Saturday night but Friday night...

「Staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel had a rustic and old fashioned charm which was a nice change from glass fronted and steel framed modern hotels. Probably could do with a wee bit of a refresh but not to the extent that it would destroy the charm of this friendly hotel.」
