「Staff was GREAT!!」

「This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options...

From check in through giving helpful hints on places to go, best routes to get there, and overall making us feel at home, this stay cemented us staying at this location going forward. 「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
