It was an excellent experience: property, security, service! Thanks a lot to all the team. Even the breakfast was suggested, always at the highest level. In this area to have so excellent service- bravo! A perfect place for middle ranged families. Thank a part for parking: it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a safety parking in this area, but you did it! Wow! Comforter on the bed had multiple holes.... possibly from cigarette ashes....also parking is very very limited and parking area very tight....I have a SUV midsize and less than a few inches on each side between the car and wall.....

The staff was super nice 😊. The breakfast was better than most in Brooklyn except the Avid Hotel. The Hotel is in a very convenient location to the subway and mass transit. The neighborhood is a little scary a night. The rooms are very small.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and helped us with inquiries, continental breakfast but only two seats and there was six of us, close to trains and amenities, we were going on a cruise and the hotel was close by but not very good for parking
