Within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller, Hell’s Kitchen and Central Park as well as the subway All the front desk people were awesome but Keegan made our day every 5pm free wine, yes I said free!!!! This has become our “go to” hotel while in NYC. Just north of Times Square so you’re very close but not in the middle of the congestion. 3 doors down from a grocery store. Great breakfast included on the morning. Wine hour every afternoon. Snacks and coffee in the lobby. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff has been incredible. Shout out to Keegan. Great place to stay!!

Our stay was long enough that we got to know the staff a bit. Very helpful. Great location for us and we will stay there again. Some outlets were loose in our room initially so phones did not charge but they were replaced quickly and had USB ports in the new ones. Continental breakfast with a number of pastry options.
