The staff was amazing! They looked out for checking in a little early and staying a little later for check out. Staff was so kind and friendly! I really enjoyed my stay.
Location is great if you know the area. Hotel is clean and comfortable, near many subways and entertainment options /shopping. Free cold beverages were A+, staff very accommodating. Breakfast food lacked flavor but service made up for that.
The room was fantastic with a balcony and a great view. It was a very clean and well maintained property in a great location with a good amount of space in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sheets were not the best quality and slipped off the mattress during sleep and ice was only available on the ground floor only. Otherwise, an excellent stay.
Really loved my room as a single traveler! Very comfy, loved the bath products. Only marking 4 stars because I could hear full convos in the room next door. I didn’t try the restaurant because it wasn’t that inviting of a space, but very walkable to places that are!
The hotel is nice. The staff are nice. The bathrooms are too small. I don't like the design of the ceiling in the room cause it imitates a New York sidewalk.
Great new addition to Brooklyn. Easy walking to subway (2 blocks). New hotel with covered patio and roof decks. Has a restaurant or easy to grab and go from nearby corner stores. Front desk very helpful. The one hiccup we had was the keys weren't working and coming down from the 20th floor or waiting for help was a pain. We didn't visit the gym, but did notice drop in dance classes available!
Great location and amazing staff! We specifically had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul and Edwin, both were so nice! Our room was perfect size for two people - decent sized balcony as well. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town.

Friendly staff, small but efficient layout — room reminded me of a European hotel.
The only reason I took away one star is that the property didn't show up properly on our maps. We took a subway and walked to a nearby location that was a Bank of America. Then, the map took us to the hotel but via the alleyway. The concierge noted that others had similar issues.
The hotel is quite and clean. The room was very small but it is New York so that tracks. The staff were lovely.
New hotel, and overall decent. My biggest quibble was the bathrooms. They were not designed well as the showers leak. The drainage isn’t good in the bathroom. Other than that, the bed was comfy and the industrial look of the room was cool. The staff is the best part of the property. Everyone we met there were SO kind and helpful! BIG shout out to Abdul and Derek as well who were at the front desk. The property is downtown Brooklyn so you are a stone throw away from everything you need. I think once the bathrooms (specifically showers) are fixed, the hotel would be even better. For now, I can only give it a 4 star (3.7-4 star is more accurate).
Friendly staff and clean property. My only note is the shower leaks.

Included breakfast was very good. Room was very small for 4 people. Wall about a foot from end of the bed, windows about a foot from side of bed. If you're a voyeur then you'll like the frosted glass that will give you view of person showering!!
