Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a little problem with the heat but the front desk staff were fabulous in response and went above and beyond to correct. Easy access to subway and nearby breakfast options were great. Overall a great Midtown spot and a great value.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We did have an issue with our heat in the room not working, but they had maintenance up to our room within 20 minutes to fix it. My only issue is the breakfast. It’s not much of a breakfast but just assorted muffins and pastries.

We had an issue with them giving our room away on our check in day. But the manager accommodated that night so we were pleased. We never ate the breakfast so no input there. We didn’t understand why there are only 3 pillows and 3 towels for a room that sleeps 4.. No input on air either as we kept it off during our stay
