The hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable. The services are not excellent and the staff doesn’t have a very good attitude. I had to complain about some room services that were not working.

Although I did like this hotel, staff at front desk always very friendly and helpful, there were a few things the hotel could improve upon. The towels were rough/hard on the skin (seemed old, used/washed too many times), highly recommend replacing. Carpet in room could use a refresh along with curtains (had coffee stains). My bed was very lumpy, maybe time to flip bed.

I loved the friendly,helpful,and attention given to my daughter ❤️ and myself,as both of us are disable.We were met at the door,of our car,with an umbrella by this wonderful,friendly person, Chris,who quickly got us out of the heavy down pour into the Hotel Lobby, my daugher's wheelchair was barely wet from the rain.Mr. Chris escorted us to our room,after Mr. Gray,Front Desk Staff Member, Checked us in at timely manner, He helped with getting my clarification from credit card company,as my credit card was denied,because they didn't know i was traveling,after speaking to the both of us,my company approved the transaction.I am so grateful to both these Gentleman, and because of them, i will come again to 33 Hotel !!! I also enjoyed the cleanliness, and Peacefullness of this Hotel
