"Great hotel would love to come back."

"The bathroom was out of conditioner and body wash. We requested more but did not get it until our last night there. We requested additional towels and they were brought to us quickly. There were no trash bags in the cans to replace bags we took out because they were full. The restaurant was “out” of several menu items. Starbucks was amazing! The pool area was great and staff there was very welcoming. The upper area where McDonalds is was smelly and nasty; looked and smelled like feces on the wall. I like staying at the Strat but the experience this time just felt different and not as welcoming."

"Beautiful hotel with everything you could want to eat or drink. Great staff. Casino is 2 floors but feels a little small still. My only beef with this hotel is the pool. None of the pools are deeper than 4 feet and when I went they were playing a soccer game so loud that I would have worn earplugs if I had them. I tried to use my nose cancelling headphones to listen to music but all I could hear was the TV. I get it that this hotel is TV/sports driven but this felt really over the top loud. Don't skip Barry's steakhouse! Great staff, food, and cocktails."

"Friendly staff"

"The self parking is free for hotel guests but when we arrived there was absolute no parking in the structure. We then had to do valet for the night which they charge the room but then the next day you have to move the car and find parking in self parking and have to go tell them to remove the charge. We did so and they said they were able to remove the charge but it was still there upon checkout and the gentleman that did help was nice but besides that, there were other times where help was hard to find and sometimes they were rude to my partner. Especially the valet staff. He was overwhelmed so it was understandable but at the same time they should do better with staffing. The room was okay "

"I was very happy with the entire experience from van pickup at the airport, fast check in, very clean room, nothing was broken or outdated. No resort fee was excellent! $100 security deposit was refunded before we got back to the airport. We did make 1 mistake when they say checkout is Noon and we got back to the room at 12:04 the key cards no longer worked. That was my fault. The staff let us in and we grabbed our bags and checked out. They even had a place to store our stuff until 4pm when transportation picked us up to go back to the airport. This trip was for my son’s 21st birthday and I was so happy that everything went smoothly."
