"I’ve been staying here for almost 6 weeks now every week, the reason I say there everybody is very helpful very polite. They go out of their way to help you get to where you need to be, which is in your room when your first check in. The rooms are very clean. All service is outstanding."

"The helpful, friendly staff and the old world elegance made me feel welcome and pampered as soon as i arrived. The location is perfect for activities planned in the loop or River North area. It's an easy walk to State Street, Daley Plaza, the Mart and the Theater District. The Legato Lounge is a perfect place to relax and people watch with a cup of coffee from the very nice morning tea and coffee bar, an afternoon tea and scone or an evening cocktail I have stayed twice now and made the decision that it will be my go-to downtown hotel. As a solo traveler I felt very comfortable and love the convenient location. "
