"Terrible experience first off it’s not a hotel. It’s a house with multiple rooms, there was a roach in my room. No towels. No soap. There were bums coming in and out , knocking on someone’s else’s door for god knows what & i was in room number 5 ; there’s a gap in the wall due to them remodeling the house i’m assuming &. i was able to hear every single thing , no sleep !! TERRIBLE!!"

"Our room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would send texts checking if we needed anything which we appreciated. Several restaurants within walking distance. We had access to the Marriott next door and used their rooftop bar and pool which was very nice. "

"Convenient location in the Wynwood arts district to the Rubell Museum where an event I was attending was held. I wish I had more opportunity to explore the area but there appeared to be decent nightlife and restaurants."

"Love love love this hotel! Room is small but perfect for individuals or minimalist couples. Everything about this hotel can be described as trendy, chic, and cute. It is in walking distance to a drug store, many shops, and a number of restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar was a great escape. The restaurant wven jad great tapas style dishes. It was the perfect impromptu find."

"My room was not ready upon check in. Had to wait over an hour but a large party of 20+ had room keys waiting for them as they walked in, no wait for that group. “Strange” as I booked my room months in advance along with the group I attended with. Check-out was also awful. I checked out early on 4/11 with a front desk associate. Days later my credit card was charged for 4/12 and noted a late check out of 2 pm. Again, “strange” as I wasn’t in the state of Florida and have my Delta flight receipt. I’ve called and emailed in attempt to resolve this manner but only get the auto generated responses of we’re looking into it. In a city like Miami where there’s endless hotels to select from, don’t stay at the Arlo."
