"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. It was unfortunately unseasonably warm in DC so the room was pretty hot and the hotel could not turn on the ac as it was too early in the year. The staff was really friendly, understanding, and as helpful as they could be. Told us to open the windows and provided a fan. But there were no outlets near the windows so the fan could blow in cool air, plus one of our windows wouldnt stay open (they only open a tiny bit anyway). A maintenance person eventually came and wedged something under the window to keep it open. Its a nice hotel in a convenient location, but with the lack of hot food, and the issues with the heat I dont think it's worth the price esp if you go around the time the seasons are changing when you may not have heat or air. I do appreciate them giving us a discount for the inconvenience though."

"Well rounded property. Parking wasn’t the best, lot wasn’t plowed at all, very dangerous to walk on. It was secluded so if you fell no one there to help! Valet parked your car but you had to go get it yourself"

"Hotel is nice and in a great location. Staff is not considerate of activities in the area. I checked in and was warned the water would be off from 2-5AM. I said thats fine Id be sleeping. Turns out the work was being done right next to my room…. I had to ask to be moved. One would think they’d be more considerate with placement of guests to work being done. Be advised if you stay there to think ahead fir yourself. "
