The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff great. The location is great. The free coffee and tea in the am was gone each time I tried to get some, it was 2 days at 2 different times. The bar staff seemed unorganized, could not get a cappuccino drink in the afternoon, she stated she didn’t know how to make it.

I have to start by saying Sana is the SWEETEST! This place leaves guests with personal notes (and treats), free pizza and personal service. It was so wonderful to feel at home during an incredibly stressful visit. ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

The room was very small, but clean and quiet. The most noticeable shortcoming was the lack of accessible outlets near the beds for charging devices. A couple usb charging stations would have been great. The location of the hotel for visiting GWU and all the government buildings and museums was excellent.

The hotel was great, close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not of the same caliber: we ordered three days but cancelled the next two days after the first day. We found another cafe nearby with better menu and price.

What a hidden gem! The hotel was inviting, comfy, clean and in a walkable area. In addition, the nightly parking fee (with garage across the street) was a bargain by DC's standards. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! We wanted to be within walking distance of many downtown attractions without having to sacrifice comfort, cleanliness or safety. We also didn’t need to overpay for a room we were only planning to sleep in. This place is GREAT!! Highly recommend. Our room wasn’t large but it had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfy. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful & kind. Great bars(2) on premises. It checked all our needs for our DC stay

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings etwas klein. Wir sind mit 2 großen Koffern angereist und hatten etwas wenig Platz. Das Personal ist top! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir etwas spät erst gesehen, dass die Reinigung nur auf direkte Anfrage erfolgt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption beim Checkin wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten alles super. Wie typisch für die größeren Städte in den USA ist die Umgebung recht laut. Die Lage ist ideal zum erkunden der Stadt :)
