「Stayed here with a friend for the Peachtree race. Super convenient for the race and the hotel put out free pre-run food and drink. The air conditioning stopped working while we were there, but that is not the hotel’s fault. The gym was well equipped and the pool was a lovely place to relax! 」
「The hotel was beautiful the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful. I think the only draw back was we were in 203W and our breakfast order was not picked up and we had to take it to the front desk in the morning. Also, we've always had our breakfast dishes picked up and that was not done either. Other than that A+」
「Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. 」
「This is me and my wife's favorite place to stay when we want a staycation. The mixologist on staff is amazing (if you are into mixed drinks), and the hotel is so close to many of our favorite restaurants in the area. So walkable, yet off the beaten path. As a lover of books, getting to take books home is a bonus. We stay here at least 2 times a year.」
「This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was so nice, I love that the toilet and shower were in seperate rooms. The front desk staff were always so warm and welcoming to greet us, and answer any questions we had. It’s in a great part of town. We felt very safe, and it was a short walk to the free bus shuttle, and a great Italian restaurant named Aldo’s. It’s also a short walk to the metro train station that made getting around DC super easy! 」
「I was very impressed with how genuinely nice the staff were- from the front desk staff engaging in conversation, to the hotel maintenance staff being courteous as we got on the elevator. They were all very customer service oriented and while it was just a little thing, it went a long way with initial impressions. My family and I will be back next time we come to watch the Padres beat the Nationals:)」
