"Great hotel stay! The staff was attentive to my request- asked that they provide non-feather pillows and before I settled in the room, they were replaced. I have stayed a few times at this property and the front desk staff are always friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel and clean! "

"Extremely nice hotel. Loved the bar/restaurant. Rooms were clean and the a/c was good with a wall thermostat to control the temp. There were no charging ports for any devices, so if you didn't bring a block to connect and plug in, you were out of luck."

"This stay did not start well as we found used towels and wash cloths in our room. My wife was in the shower when she found them which was very disturbing for her. Secondly, I notified housekeeping and the front desk that we would be out most of Saturday and we would like housekeeping to change the linens while we were gone. Noone came. When we got back, I notified them again while we went out for dinner. Again noone came. This was very disappointing. As a Bonvoy member and having family in the area, I've stayed at this Residence Inn over 10 times. However, the service and quality of my last two visits has become a nuisance. I gave them a pass on the last visit, assuming this was just a one time occurrence. This visit was more of the same. As prices continue to increase and quality continues to decrease, it seems to be time to explore other options. This is unfortunate because this was my favorite hotel at one point."
