This hotel is immaculate! Pretty, comfortable, current, the staff is absolutely amazing. The restaurant was outstanding and so were their staff. The food was really good. My only bit of concern was their water pressure in the shower but besides that it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. The location of the hotel was very convenient to major attractions.

Have stayed 4 times. Yes, there is a $35 resort fee for the gym, 2 waters per day and coffee. Yes, they give you a $12 credit for the restaurant daily to entice you to eat there. Yes, there is a BLINDING flash of light that happens overnight several times and will wake you up. It has happened every single stay. They still don't know why. I keep returning because the location is near where my daughter lives.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel itself was very clean outside very clean. The staff did not make the hotel Feel inviting. They were not smiling welcoming. Good morning passing by them throughout the lobby. The amount charge for valet and they don’t open your doors when they bring the car either. . I was locked out of my room because the door failed. Why aren’t they checking these in between check-in’s to make sure that the batteries are good I felt like at that point my safety was compromised. Because now I had to let them work on my door while I was in my room then later on that night, someone was pounding on my door saying they were security. I did not open the door. I called the desk to confirm and they said that they had a complaint from my room mind you I was a solo traveler when I asked the desk why didn’t they just call the phone to confirm they had no explanation for it. They said they needed to do a welfare check well wouldn’t you do a welfare check if nobody answered the phone they said they would have the manager call me the manager never called me and that didn’t sit well with me.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. No issues at all with wifi. Small but functional gym. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

From the moment we valeted our car, checked in, to the moment we checked out, the staff was exceptional. Very attentive. The gym was awesome. I loved that they have a locker room with showers and a water refill station. The restaurant attached Du Jour was so delicious. Breakfast was amazing. For me, I love the fact that they don’t have carpet in the rooms. The bathroom was very nice and I appreciated the makeup washcloth and makeup remover wipes. It’s the details for me. Definitely won’t be my last stay. Alexx at the front desk was great!

The hotel we stayed at has a very convenient location, especially for Amtrak travelers—it’s only about a 5-minute walk to Union Station, which we really loved. The station also serves as a stop for tour buses, which makes it very convenient for those who want to explore the city without much walking. The food court inside the station offers a good variety of options, and there are also a couple of nice restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a stress-free dinner or breakfast. I especially liked that the hotel has more of a business-style atmosphere, which keeps it quiet both during the day and at night. The on-site restaurant serves a very good breakfast (the only meal I tried there), and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The lobby is spacious, and the gym is above average—I checked it out on the first night, though after several days of walking back and forth to museums, I felt like I got plenty of exercise already! Our room was large, clean, and felt quite new. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was the view. Our room faced a nearby office building on a side street, and the windows were close enough that people could see into our room—and we could clearly see them working or walking around. Because of this, we kept the shades down the entire time, which made the room feel quite dark. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would d

Not bad, a little pricey for what you get at just basic level. I’m sure if you stay in the suites here they set you up a lot nicer. The walls are paper thin. Not ideal when trying to get sleep between busy days. Staff was very nice though. NEXT TIME WE COME we won’t stay in the middle of the city and just use the metro to get around

Everything was fantastic about the hotel. Very friendly staff, quick elevators, we walked to dinner in less than 10 min each night. The shower water pressure was the only small complaint. Would stay again.

Some issues with the room. Shower smelled funky mildewy, had to get housekeeping to come clean. AC would not stay on became hot in the night. Also banging in the middle of the night first night.

The only reason I gave this property 4 stars instead of 5 is because I booked a City View room but was given a room on the 2nd floor. So the only thing I got too see was the sidewalk and the front doors of the building across the street. Not much of a city view.

You could not get a diet soda in the drink area. They were out both days we were there. The coffee machine was difficult to use and had no sugar substitute. Other than that the place was fantastic
