「the hallway’s, stairs , and elevator was filthy they all needed to be vacuumed. My balcony screen door wasn’t functional if I wanted to keep my balcony door opened I couldn’t because the screen was ripped wide open! our linens had stains everywhere! this is why I bring my own blankets and pillows. the room door kept banging every time people would go up and sown the stairs. on a positive note the staff was very friendly.」

Not a huge big deal (apparently it was changed a year ago), but when I paid it with my debit card, they charged me twice. 「Not what pictures portray. Living in Michigan my entire life I think all of mackinaw city has depleted in cleanliness and price gauging. We booked a “superior room” which means nothing like the photos. We were told it’s just a standard queen with a water view balcony. The room was so dirty.. mold in the shower on the ceilings, stains on the sheets, filthy lampshades. The lady at the front desk was as nice as she could be and the manager moved us over one room.. slight cleanliness improvement as...

「1st...just trying to get the door opened..they give you the code but don't tell you about the other buttons that need to be pushed/used...2nd...you had to body slam yourself to get the door open. The carpet and floor are so warped the door wouldn't open or close without a body slam..the door wouldn't lock . The 4 batteries in the door fell out when you either open or closed the door..3rd..it was very damp in the room..4th..no hot/cold symbols on the water handles..it took awhile to figure out...
