"Our stay at Eaglewood Resort & Spa, was extremely disappointing and disruptive. We arrived around 11 PM to find the heat in our room not working. A technician attempted a fix, but soon after, a loud alarm began sounding from the heating unit cabinet. When we called the front desk, we were told no technicians were available and were asked to go back to the desk to get a new room key late at night, carrying all our luggage. At the front desk, the staff member was dismissive, spoke over us, and handled the situation unprofessionally. When we raised concerns about his tone, he became visibly agitated, even kicking doors. This behavior was shocking and unacceptable. A manager eventually intervened to de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue no heat initially, followed by the same alarm once it was turned on. The only workaround was to either tolerate excessive heat or turn it off completely. By the time this was “resolved,” it was nearly 2:30 AM. We lost most of the night trying to address basic room issues and got less than 3 hours of sleep. For a first-time stay, this experience fell far below expectations. We request a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, lack of professionalism, and failure to provide a functional room. "

"I booked through Expedia, was under the impression that I booked a suite with a jetted tub! Once I got to the room & saw it wasn’t what I thought I booked, I went to the service desk, I really didn’t receive any care or concern! I would have payed the difference for a jetted tub, me and my husband were in town celebrating our anniversary. We frequent this hotel in our home town often! I contacted Expedia, spent 3 hours chatting and still have yet to hear from whoever the higher up is that they sent a email to! We received no house keeping service, so I had to call down for clean towels and tissue! Also our microwave didn’t work so we had to leave our room to use the microwave in the breakfast area! Definitely wouldn’t book here again! "

"I loved staying here my girls loved it and they want us to come back!! Everyone was friendly and kind especially Tony at front desk we came really late at night and we were tired he really made us feel welcomed!! "
