「The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. 「My first room did not have the AC turned on. It was already hot but humid too. Another room also didn't have the AC turned on. Third room had AC on and was cold. However, the new room wasn't cleaned well. Trash was on the floor. Long blonde hair on the bathroom counter (I have short black hair). But the thing sent me over was a dying cockroach on the bathroom floor.」
