「Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. 「The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.」

「Our stay at Higher Trenear Farm was amazing. We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance. We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery — it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special. Hosts Kate and Terry were incredibly welcoming and kind. We’d absolutely love to stay again!」

「I loved my stay here, the location is lovely, surrounded by countryside, the room very comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing, especially the Sunday carvery! I will definitely stay at The Dunoon again and highly recommend it.」
