「We recently stayed at Penventon Park Hotel while visiting family in Redruth. Although we found parts of Redruth itself to be quite a deprived town, the hotel provided a very pleasant and relaxing stay on the edge of town with great parking available. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff encountered was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. 「The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. The whole experience was a nightmare. Found cut dirty toe nails on the bed. cobwebs in the bedroom. Pool area was terrible. Hotel needs a complete refurb. Some photos couldn't be uploaded. 」
