"When I arrived i was greeted by Kyle who check me and my family into our hotel. He never asked me i wanted to smoking or non smoking. When we go to the room on the 6th floor it smelled like which I have asthma. And the view outside from the window was terrible we was looking at a brick wall… and the light by the main closet did not turn on and th toilet ran all night for no reason… i was so disappointed after being recommended to stay there. I would not come back…"

"I usually stay at Hard Rock but this time around we stayed at Resorts. After reading some reviews I somewhat skeptical of the property and what it had to offer. However, our room was clean, spacious, and I would definitely stay here again. I checked in online and got a text right away saying that my room was ready, but a check-in fee may apply. I went to the front desk and if I got the key is before 2 PM they would’ve charged a $25 early check-in fee. At Hard Rock if your room is ready early they will let you in without charging you. The pool was nice and warm and since I was there for a bachelorette party it was nice that it was adults only from 2-6 but if I had my kids with me I would be upset with those hours. If you get a players card parking is free…another added bonus. I love their seasonal pop up bar…so much fun! Price wise you can’t beat this hotel. I paid $240 for one night at Resorts and a room at Hard Rock was going for about $500. Can’t beat the hotel. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"The room was clean - a top priority. The cleaning staff was very nice. The WiFi was mostly fine. Occasionally service would drop or scroll for a few minutes. The refrigerator was broken. It froze everything. Would have been great if I brought ice cream. I did not report it. The hotel was full of high school wrestlers. It was busy and didn't seem worth it."

"The view we had was amazing! I can say that honestly. The shower/jacuzzi tub was a hazard and the shower was sub par. There was absolutely no water pressure from the shower head in the room. We were barely getting any water at all. You had to step into the jacuzzi tub which ultimately created a hazard. Especially because we are snore. Lastly, there are so many rules when it comes to the hotel and parking your car that it makes the beginning of the experience more complicated than need be. For what was paid for the room, I wish we had a better experience. "

"There are no dinner restaurants, bars or entertainment. There is only a bar restaurant open for breakfast. Nothing to do and you are 1 mile from the boardwalk.,"
