「Room was beautiful, staff were friendly. Room was overall clean however some of the furniture cushions were stained from prior spills. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, didnt seem to have a box spring or supportive platform under it. Pillows flat and very uncomfortable. . Linens and towels were good quality. Room phone did not work. Staff removed it but did not return with a different phone as promised.」

「I had high hopes for this hotel and was highly disappointed. I booked a queen room, oceanfront through expedia that showed the room had a jacuzzi tub along with a private hot tub. On arrival the room we received did not have a private hot tub. I brought it to the hotel manager's attention and was told, Oh expedia must have an inaccurate description of the room, there is no private hot tub in the room we have for you. I asked if they could upgrade our room then to a king size bed, the manager...

「This hotel has a true beachfront location with first floor rooms you can walk out of on to the beach. We loved that feature. We slept with the door open to hear the ocean waves. It was great! The location is central, providing acces to the boardwalk side and to the many businesses to the north. The staff were all friendly and professional. They provide all day coffee and tea. Food is for sale in the Atrium Cafe. We liked the food and found it reasonably priced.」

「After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!」

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

「Place is filthy, no hot water, floor is filthy with grime along every crack and crevice. Doors to outside left open and we froze in the room because the heat wouldn’t come on. Tub didn’t drain, toilet flushed very incompletely. I hope I never have to stay here again!」
