「Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy 」

「Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations.」

「Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. Never received a reply to my email, and had to leave a note on the third day asking to refill the shower gel, and to leave snacks as...

「Staff were amazing and so accommodating , clean room, light and airy, highly recommended place to stay. Tube station pretty close by too.」

「The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「We had a great stay at the Hoxton. Staff was super attentive, and the one issue we had (A/C seemed to be limiting cooling) was immediately resolved. Location was perfect. Adjoining rooms worked great for our large family - it was very tight with the 3rd bed in one room, but that is to be expected with any London hotel room. Would definitely stay here again」
