"Always stay here when I visit London, handy for being central, good transport links, wonderful staff"

"The room that I had was on the top of five floors and was for the disabled, although I am not disabled. The one window in the room was small and round near the ceiling. I found some hairs on the bed when I arrived, so I removed them by hand. The cleaning was every two days, as stated on a card on the desk. The room was very small (three sides of the bed were against a wall. For my purposes in visiting London, all was fine. The location is great, very central to the Covent Garden and Soho area. I did not have breakfast on location (for 15 pounds); there were too many better options nearby."

"Great location and staff. Breakfast was excellent. The show was fun. No mini fridge. ;( lighting in bathrooms for make up doesn’t exist. The staff after my third stay are on first name bases are just great. With advise for travel. Restaurants and things to do. "

"The controls for the air conditioning unit were broken, then even though I managed to turn it off it kept making noises intermittently through the night. The toilet cistern dropped constantly. On the positive side, the location was good."

"Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford! "

"The hotel was excellent, the room was queit small but clean. The hotel's restaurant was very good and the atmosphere was amazing. It is located in apretty good location not far from Covent garden and rigjt next to Hoborn underground station."
