"Staff at check in was a bit rude. Other staff were nice. The freeway sounds kept me up at night! It was so loud!!! You need thicker windows! My key worked 20% of the time. No waffle mix at breakfast. No cleaning service or clean towels I had to ask for towels every day. That was not communicated. "

"My family took a trip to the Phoenix area for a mini vacation. Upon arrival, we were looking for the Econolodge sign on the building just to discover a Super 8 sign on the same address. The room was in extreme disrepair, holes in the wall, running faucet's. The refrigerator smelled like something died. The rolling chair was broken, and we asked numerous times to have that replaced. The room smelled like smoke, even though we did request a non smoking room. And the paint was peeling off the walls. This is a Wyndham property and we expected a better experience than what we got."
