「I loved the room the most. the decor is not basic nor is it overwhelming. the bathtub was amazing. bed was clean and comfortable. pillows were too flat for me but to each his own.」

「We only stayed two nights, but it is in a good area and is walkable to Beal Street. The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly. Was a little concerned about the railroad tracks on the backside of the hotel but I only heard one train a night and it was before midnight. The pool area needs some cleaning as a bit of a mess after the heavy rains. Overall a nice place to stay.」

「While this is a fantastic hotel with great close amenities, i was caught off guard by the $200 incidental hold. I have stayed in much nicer hotels before with a much lower incidental hold. However, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the room and staff were fantastic. 」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that is was a short walk to Beale St. Also i like walking through the corridor that's connected to the Hyatt Centric, which has a nice rooftop area. The only thing i had a problem with, the mattress was to soft to me.」

「The property is downtown, right off the highway. The staff was nice. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and a few hairs in the shower but I cleaned the tub out before using. I would stay again. 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
