"The staff at the Four Seasons was phenomenal! We had an absolutely exceptional experience! They made my 10 year old daughter’s birthday trip absolute perfection!!"

"Highly recommend! My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at the W Punta Mita. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the W Unlimited package and the food was great, very tasty, high quality, and much better than other “all-inclusive” experiences I’ve had at other resorts."

"Second time there We love the place very nice quiet Staff very friendly"

"Loved the staff and food!"

"Great resort!"

"I wish there are more options dinning."

"Good service and stay"

"Plenty of places to explore and loved the amount of pools and never felt over crowded"

"This was our first time to this area of Nuevo Nayarit and I picked this hotel for our first 2 nights before we went elsewhere. It ended up being so amazing we went back for the last 3 nights of our trip. The staff are really friendly, it's relaxing and the pools are amazing. Great restaurant as well, we had several meals there and enjoyed them so much. Special shout out to Angel for being extra awesome and making us feel welcome."

"This resort is so kid friendly and almost made it seem like it was made for families! Restaurants were enough of a variety that I never got tired of the food. The amenities were really nice but you can tell that it's an older resort- but with age, comes experience and they really know what they're doing. I did see maintenance people constantly so I know work is being done but don't expect brand spanking new and you'll have the best time."

"It’s Michelin Key for a reason ~ perfection in hospitality! A beautiful place to relax. Thank you Alberto, Uli, and the entire staff. I love the chamoy!"
