We had an incredible family vacation at Grand Palladium Vallarta. Our concierge Justo made sure we had reservations for all the restaurants and several sweet bonuses, including sparkling wine in our room. Highly recommend this resort for family fun- the shows are excellent, the beach is clean and beautiful, and the swim up bar keeps the parents happy ;)

The whole experience was first class. The food was exceptional! The beaches were so clean and the ocean was the perfect temperature to cool off! So many great nightly shows and activities for the kids! All the staff was helpful and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at the Family Selection portion of the resort and the staff were so helpful. In particular, Josue from Expedia and Marianna, one of the concierges went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special- decorated our room for him and had a birthday dessert set up for him at dinner. They were helpful at making dinner reservations for us every night.
We liked going to the Nest for breakfast, lunch and poolside snacks and drinks. This restaurant is only for the Family Selection guests.
La Bosque has everything you would want as a buffet style and was great for gelato in the afternoons. The fresh tortillas there were fantastic.
Our favourite booked restaurants were Las Terrazas (great Filet Mignon) and La Adelita (Mexican food). Great outdoor spots for supper, the staff were attentive and food selection was very good.
Our favourite spots for the day was on the beach- there were usually chairs near the Family Selection areas but if you wanted spots on the main beach, you needed to take towels down by 7:30.
The ocean entry is sandy by the lifeguard station so it was fun to play in the waves and borrow boogie boards (available all day) or stand up paddle boards ( between 9-12). We also took part in aquafit at the main pool a few days- it happens everyday at 12:00 and was fun.
The spa was nice and we treated ourselves to massages and hydrotherapy- very relaxing.
For entertainment- the Mariachi and the MexiCuba live bands were very good.

The resort and staff were great. Enjoyed the food and drink options. Found the pool water cold. Didn't enjoy the stairs and ramps but enjoyed the quiet rooms!

This was our 3rd time at this resort. I forgot just how amazing it is. We stayed in the family selection and loved the extra amenities. The private concierge was exceptional with the convience of all our dinner reservations being made in advance without consultation. They even ensured we dined with the other 2 families we were traveling with. Elias in the lobby bar was an amazing creatir of all things delicous, Carlos at the family selection pool was so attentive and even provided us special drinks. Food was great, drinks great and service EXCEPTIONAL. We will definitely be back

We had a wonder stay at the Palladium Vallarta over spring break. This was our third time to go to this resort and our first time to bring our son to Mexico. The upgrade to the family side was great. Staff and service was excellent. Won’t be our last time!

We enjoyed the Family Selection as it was more quiet and personal than the main area. Facilities where great and lots of beach umbrellas and shaded area to protect you from hot sun.

Food was great. Beach is beautiful. We really liked this resort. Room was quiet and away from the night time noise (music, partying) which was nice for travelling with a child. Staff were so helpful and friendly! Would stay again! Gardens and the grounds were stunning also.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Vallarta and would absolutely return. It was perfect for a family vacation. The beach and ocean swimming were excellent, and one of the highlights of our trip was seeing so many whales right from the resort. There was also a great variety of pools for the kids, which kept everyone happy.
The staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and the food was amazing. We highly recommend upgrading to Family Selection — it was well worth it for our family. We ate most often at The Nest, which is available only to Family Selection guests, and it was a big part of what made our experience so enjoyable.
Overall, this resort was a fantastic choice for a family getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others.
