When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. 「A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It seems the property was recently renovated and was super clean with beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good with several options. The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s a five minute walk from the waterfront where there are many famous eating places as well as a five minute walk to the metro station. Many high-end shopping around. Highly recommend and would come back and...
