The Coffe Was Great The Views over Naples Harbor from Balcony were Spectacular... Expect busy street and normal Traffic noise levels in AM Rush hour... Would stay again... Thanks Max!!!

What made the room was the stunning views of the waterfront, Vesuvius, and islands from the multiple private balconies right off room. Max provided great service. Great location right on the waterfront in lovely area. Could be a little noisy at night with traffic.

This is a very very special boutique hotel, located alongside the marina, with lots of restaurants in very close walking distance.... The hotel European elevator is smooth and efficient.....the unmanned reception area includes full kitchen amenities including free expresso coffee machines, plates, silverware, tea....the common areas contain very tasteful modern abstract art throughout, the room was very new and clean with street and marina view balcony.. the bathroom was very modern...decoration inside the room included abstract modern art pieces....Max provided 3 keys, and the entire bldg was always locked down...the exterior street sidewalk was in a safe neighborhood....no graffiti in this superb upscale neighborhood ... Never felt any fear

It’s a great place. Especially convenient for the marina (less convenient for longer stays in Napoli unless you walk a lot it’s a bit of a distance from the historic centre). No breakfast but there’s a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor with great food. The best part are the staff!
