「Wir haben lediglich im Anschluss an unseren "Haupturlaub" eine Nacht im BO Hotel verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, da es als sehr hochwertiges á la Carte Frühstück...

「Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.」

「Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor...

「The property is in a gorgeous location-the ocean is a beautiful walk down a mountain path and while there is no beach there is a rope ladder to go swimming and places to place your things- it is a gorgeous place to swim and snorkel without too many people. If you have a disability I would not recommend doing this. You have to pull yourself up the ladder which can be tricky. The hotel is tranquil and feels more like a house than a hotel and the views are gorgeous. Not a lot of parking in town...

「Hotel volledig gericht naar de zee. Kamers en ontbijtruimte met zeezicht. Aan het zwembad voldoende ligbedden maar worden jammer genoeg vlug ingepalmd door het handdoekleggen van de gasten. Vanaf het zwembad kan je via een pad de zee in. Voldoende keuze aan het ontbijt en wordt ook tijdig aangevuld. De ligging van het hotel is zeer rustig. Totaal geen lawaaihinder.
