「Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. 」

「it is a very old hotel with old facility at the price, small room - can't even open my suitcase on the floor, very old facility in the hotel and in the room, old wood window that has a big gap that is very noisy when hit by the wind (I had to put a towel in the middle of the night between the gap to stop the noise) bathroom very old, faucet very difficult to use, Parking very expensive 」

「You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps.」

「The 6minute walk from the X3 bus stop with our small suitcases was really pleasant. The location was perfectly situated with easy access to the gardens, beach, promenade, the BIC, the Odeon & main shoppping areas. Upon arrival, Ali at Reception was welcoming & friendly. When we were disappointed to find the superior room had a double bed & not the twin bedded room as requested, Ali moved us to a spacious, 1st floor, sea-facing room with a sofa.
