They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it」

「The lobby was hot and uncomfortable, but clean and well maintained. Check in went smoothly after a short wait for the desk attendant to come. Shortly found out that there was no hot water in the entire hotel when a member of my party tried to take a shower. After talking with the front desk about the problem they told us that they had been closed down for the past 2 days while they had no hot water, but, someone came and fixed it so they are now open and were unaware that the hot water was...

「A very nice family owned business. Great location with the casino and restaurant nearby. Just off the New York State thruway. Love having the coffee in the room, comfortable beds. All for a great price!」

「Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.」

「The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming....
