Basic rooms for what was needed. Our room had a bad air conditioner and heater and a fridge that would not get very cold a dripped. The staff gave us a space heater for the first night, the weather changed for the cold quickly. The next day or afternoon we were changed to another room. Most things worked in that room. The TV or cable internet system was way messed up. I was watching a football game and the TV channel would change on its own, also the volume would not turn down below 15, it was way loud. Sometimes the TV would not even work.... The breakfast was good every morning and the location was great for the temple and many church sites. The staff tried to help out.

We arrive to find the room have the sheets changed and then it just seemed housekeeping ended cleaning. There was urine on the rim of the toilet, hair in the shower and food on the carpet. Cleaning and maintenance seems to be the main problem. It’s a shame; Staff was delightful. You could’ve been so much better. I actually canceled our next best Western stay at my expense because I couldn’t stomach the idea of having it happen again.

Nice and quiet. Larger than usual Hot tub was hot but needed about an inch more water so that jets didn’t spray everywhere. No towels in hot tub area and when we asked for some they gave us hand towel size towels so we asked for two each. Upstairs ice machine not turned on or broken, breakfast was ok. Would have been great to have fruit offered. AC was well functioning. Room was very clean.

We got there after 6pm and were told they were short staffed and no rooms were ready yet. I wasn't happy but they did get us a room in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately when we opened the door the fumes of bleach nearly knocked us over. We had to leave the door open so we could breath. There was a dead fly on the sink, which might have died from the fumes. After about 1/2 hr with the door open & air on high we were able to close the door. I will say the beds are comfortable. The TV volume wouldn't adjust and we were just too tired to bother to have them come to the room. We did have an issue with the bill, Expedia took care of it for me. We have stayed here each September and have problems each time. We were hoping with new owners it would have been better. The place needs to be updated, some mold in bathrooms, rust around tub faucets. Just old. I dont plan on staying here again.

Our room hadn’t been prepared for us-no towels or bath mat. The window sill was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned. The jetted tub was dirty and some parts were loose or not working well. The staff people were friendly and helped where they could. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room has an "old apartment" smell. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet paper was not stocked. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned. There was maple syrup all over the table and chair. I have not idea if the sheets were clean, but hopefully... The staff was very obliging to get us more toilet paper when we asked. We also did not have enough towels for the 3 people staying.
