「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. 「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」
