「Do not stay here! Arrived and the outside didn’t come close to the picture. Went inside and checked in. Went to elevator and wasn’t sure if it was going to work. Dirty inside. Got off of elevator and what a mess. Looked like a war zone. Got to room and oh my, that was a shock. Went to the bathroom and no toilet paper holder. Got my husband to get me some toilet paper. 「Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. 「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
