「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「The room was recently renovated so it was a typical room. However, every area outside of our room was dirty and needed updating. Wasn’t an issue because we only slept in the room and weren’t on property much but be prepared if you are going to spend time on property.」

「Room had roaches and used towels I went down to the office and the guy had the nerve to call me a liar he told me I must have taken a shower within the 2 minutes I was there which started a verbal argument he then followed me out into the parking lot to finish the argument he kept repeating he could get louder it was hilarious every person I spoke to also said rooms were very damp and gross」
