「The room looked like it needed some work and updating. Had to call someone up to help me open the balcony door when I wanted some fresh air. It was heavy and stuck. The staff was nice to help me. However, I only chose the hotel because I was on a work trip and wanted access to a hot tub but when I arrived it was closed for construction.
