Small rooms but that was all I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Hammersmith tube station is a 15 min walk and there's indoor shopping with 2 grocery stores on the way plus plenty of other small restaurants in walking distance. Ravenscourt Park is right across the street. Everything you need at a good price.

Rooms were very run-down. Door keys stopped working constantly. AirCon made funny noises, and the room smelled stale. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Staff was super friendly.

La ubicación es excepcional, el personal es muy amable y profesional,estamos muy agradecidos porque nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo unico no tan bueno es el estado de las habitaciones, se las ve bastante viejas y les falta actualización. Cortinas viejas, cuarto de baño muy viejo, moqueta en el suelo muy antigua. Si embargo lo recomendaremos por el fantástico personal, por su trato agradable tan o en el checkin como en los desayunos. La limpieza de habitación estaba muy bien realizada. Gracias por todo y espero que mis comentarios realizados con mucho respeto les sirva para mejorar. Un abrazo y gracias
