Incredible hotel in a great area of London. Particularly great if you’re into music and theatre due to the history of the area. Staff are always super accommodating here and the rooms are incredibly unique.

This hotel is exceptional! So quirky and characterful. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Lots of attention to detail, everything has been so well thought out. The entertainment systems, the toiletries provided, the robes, the hair dryer, even the toilet paper, were excellent quality, as was the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and the location - a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road station, Oxford Street, the Dominion Theatre - was perfect for us. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we loved the vibe of this place. And it is beautifully situated in the West End, very close to the theaters. There is no lift to the room, so getting our luggage down at check out was a little tricky. The doors are low, so if you’re over 5’8”, I’d advise caution. The staff were very helpful. And the room is updated and welcoming.

I am a regular London visitor and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in years. The staff were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for me. Reception not easy to find as several buildings are branded with the hotel’s name. They explained it’s spread over 16 buildings. Staff were all lovely. Great location for theatre land and bars. One down side was the bar - the music was at ear-bleeding volume so we didn’t stay. This meant we lost out on the 20% discount on food and drink we had with our booking.

Property was very spacious with original design features representative of the area's music history. Great location super central with lots to do. We struggled getting the Aircon to work. Light and Aircon are managed via electronic panels on the walls. These were not greatly user friendly.
