「Person checking us in could not understand us and did not communicate that we had requested a late check out. Sheets were absolutely filthy and looked as if they had been previously slept on. We had a ridiculous time getting toilet paper and person at reception 5 was rude. The towels were awful and smelled like cat urine. The toilet paper had been previously wet. Bathroom was extremely dirty. The only plus was the view of the Empire State Building. This is a one and done!!! I do not recommend at...

I stayed when it was Sonder nothing changed I know what I’m booking and it checks boxes private, clean, modern , style I hade room with balcony and balcony was bigger than I expected. Was a vibe it was my bday and me and partner happy we chose location for stay I can’t remember property manager name but thank you again 」
