「Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!」

「Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.」

Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great . Very nice stay would definitely come again 」

「My wife and I had a great experience. From the time we arrived and found a parking space for our car, until the time we drove out was amazing. Staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. Food was fabulous. Room was well laid out, stocked and comfortable. Our stay at the Mermaid Inn enhanced our visit to beautiful Rye. Thank you.」
