"Very comfortable stay"

"We were greeted by Jada at check in who was so pleasant, helpful, and professional. The hotel was full it seemed so we waited 10-12 minutes for the elevators. Our shower had mold and the room smelled musty. The bed had a dip in it which did not help with a good nights rest. I was disappointed in the room and elevator usage but the staff was friendly."

"I picked this hotel because of location. And because of the Artemis II moon launch nearby, traffic and people were everywhere. On check-in, the service was efficient and beyond helpful to provide me with use of a travel item I had not packed. A+++ rating! As a frequent traveler, I rate this hotel as the best breakfast facility I have ever used. The space was adequate for the large turnout. The space was superior in layout for ease of use, with meticulous presentation of the many offerings, and each day all food was fresh and well prepared. To top it all, a special touch to the space was added by introduction of elegant flowers. If all that wasn’t enough, the hostess was most effective in keeping the room clean and adequately supplied for all with her most pleasant demeanor. This hotel is the service model for what travelers want! "
