They have all the amenities you need for your family which was very accommodating and a shuttle to take you to universal studios right outside the hotel. This is our second time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone."

When we asked them to send housekeeping to clean it, they didn’t actually clean the room; they only made the bed. We also ran out of toilet paper because it wasn’t replaced, and when we tried to contact the reception several times to request more, it was difficult to reach them."
