"The hotel stay was unacceptable. The main hall flooded during rain, the bathroom was dirty, blankets had no covers, and curtains were unhygienic. The conditions were far below advertised"

"Booked the hotel for the express passes at the park, which worked well. Some of the housekeeping and maintenance was a little lacking. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Gardens looked beautiful, sadly we didn't have the weather to explore them. I definitely would not pay the money just for the hotel."
